- Pitch the media on your behalf to earn story placements in relevant publications (one story per quarter) AND
- Prepare your company’s leadership for interviews and speaking opportunities as they arise
- Help your team apply to industry and “top 40” style awards programs (up to four per year)
- Maintain regular media relationships with 5 key outlets, which we’ll determine together

- Ongoing copywriting needs, such as project descriptions, bios for new hires and social media bios
- Copy for one email newsletter per month
- One blog post per month
- Copy updates to your website home page, interior website pages or landing pages (up to one page per month)
- Interview your team members and clients and turn these stories into meaningful blog posts, marketing content and story ideas for the press (one interview per month)
- Maintain and update your Electronic Press Kit
- Advise on who to partner with (such as industry associations, influencers, fellow businesses, charities), initiate the connection and ID opportunities
