New townhomes at CityMark Development’s new BEACHBREAKib community showcase wrap-around glass windows and balconies, plus first-floor retail space.

CityMark Development is pleased to announce the grand opening of San Diego County’s latest beachfront, new-home community. Located 100 yards from the ocean on Seacoast Dr. and Elm Ave. in Imperial Beach, BEACHBREAKib is a 14-townhome community with residences priced from low $700,000s. Interested homebuyers are invited to attend the BEACHBREAKib grand opening on Saturday, July 23 at 10 a.m.

During the grand opening, visitors can learn about the first phase of homes released for sale and tour a completed home. Prequalified buyers can view select homes under construction.

“Great thought was put into the design of these floor plans so they embrace a beach lifestyle,” says Russ Haley, Vice President of CityMark Development. “The urban designs offer easy access to the inherent walkable nature of the community. We’re pleased to share our designs with the public.”

The urban townhomes have a first floor retail space with floor-to-ceiling windows on the retail level for maximum light. The townhomes have wrap-around glass windows and balconies “…to take advantage of coastal breezes and views,” adds Haley.

The townhomes come in two styles – Elm and Evergreen – and range from 1,267 to 1,938 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two-and-one-half to three baths. Elm offers townhomes plus a bonus single-family home, and Evergreen offers all urban-style townhomes.

The architect for the project is McKinley Associates. For more information, please visit beachbreakib.com or call (619) 269-9800.
