We’re pleased to announce the addition of PR Coordinator Alexandra Lopez. The talented University of San Diego (USD) graduate officially joined our team after serving as an event coordinator for USD’s prestigious Founders’ Gala. She will help build our PR and social media efforts, and greatly expand our event capabilities. Here’s a note about her journey with WordPop so far.

Hello! Eager to gain public relations experience, I joined WordPop Public Relations in November of 2013 as an apprentice. During the four months, I learned valuable tools and techniques, helping me weave my way through the PR world. Working on various articles, doing research, and on-site events are just a few of the things I’ve done so far.
February 3 marked the start of my new position as PR Coordinator. I’m eager to dive in and learn more about our various clients and their diverse and interesting businesses. From the real estate sector, which includes Brookfield Residential, Del Sur, and Michael Gregory Builders, to Groundwork San Diego focused on environmental education, we’re working with wonderful organizations throughout the region.
For clients, I’ll be working on blog posts, social media plans and updates, as well as helping with on-site events. 2014 is off to an amazing start!
